BY AIR: Participants are urged to fly into Newark International Airport in New Jersey. New Brunswick is 20 miles from this airport. On arrival proceed to Ground Transportation and ask for the Princeton Airporter. Take the Princeton Airporter from Newark Airport direct to the East Brunswick Hilton. The cost is $20 per person. If possible you may call in advance for reservation at 1-800-385-4000 or 1-609-587-6600. Give them your name and flight information, and you will be picked up at a specified gate. The Princeton Airporter departs from the airport at quarter past the hour from 5:15 AM (no 8:15 AM) until 6:15 PM on Sunday through Friday. It departs the airport every two hours from 7:15 AM until 10:15 PM (no 10:15 AM or 9:15PM) on Saturdays.
In the alternative, Limousine and Taxi services are also available from the airport, but these may be more expensive. Limo service from Newark airport to the Hilton costs about $45 on the average.
If you must fly into JFK airport in New York, please follow the same directions as given above for Newark airport. The Princeton Airporter charges $38 from JFK to the East Brunswick Hilton hotel. Limo service from JFK to the hotel costs about $115 on the average. Please note that JFK airport is about 1hour 30 minutes from the hotel.
BY TRAIN: New Brunswick is on the main line of the Amtrak Railroad approximately 50 minutes from New York, 35 minutes from Newark, and 90 minutes from Philadelphia. You may also take the local (and less expensive) New Jersey Transit trains from the Penn Station in New York ($11.50 round trip or $7 one way) or Newark ($8 round tri or $5.25 one way). You may also take the Newark Airport Airtran to the Airport train station, and take the New Jersey Transit train from there to New Brunswick. From the New Brunswick train station please call a taxicab to take you to the East Brunswick Hilton Hotel. The ride costs about $6.
BY CAR: FROM
(a) New Jersey Turnpike: Exit turnpike at exit 9. Bear right towards Route 18 North, and take the first right into the complex. Go straight to the traffic light. At the traffic light, make a left onto Tower Center Boulevard - the Hilton East Brunswick is at the end of the drive.
(b) Garden State Parkway: Take Parkway exit 130 for Route 1 South. Exit Route 1 for Route 18. Bear left for 18 South (East Brunswick). Go two traffic lights on 18 South, pass the Hotel on your left. At the second traffic light, exit to make a U-turn back onto 18 North. On 18 North, exit before the first light into the hotel on the right.
